Menu Home
Today I present an example of a menu made for me, it's pretty simple to do.
This menu consists of buttons that give access to other forms (which in this example for demonstration only have one) and also to exit the application. Displays the date in the footer and the current time (computer time) at the top right.

Thanks for your comment and glad you liked the form 'Menu'.
Part of the subtitles is easy to do. Works as follows:
-There is a text box 'txtdes' which is where the name appears every time you pass the mouse over each button.
- In the properties of each button we have the following command: txtdes = "Text you want to appear"
Ie the properties of each of the buttons on the event 'when you move the mouse' have to put this statement, which only gives the value you want the text box 'txtdes'.
- After the event 'clicking' is just put the code you want it to run when you click the button, in which case a form will open.

In Form VerTodasAsConsultas section header was inserted a calendar control 12.0 (activex).
This form displays all records in the following order:
Patient - DataConsulta - HoraPrevista-Photo.
The intention now is that when selecting a day of the month of the year x, the calendar control, it is only visible consultations for that day of the month of the year x.

The icons found by searching on google. That's how they found my putting free icons on google search, then just choose from the huge result.
The way the icons shown is the path where they were when I built the example, now part of the database.
