This example shows how a management system for the provision of payments.

As requested here's your example corrected. Had suggested that careful attention to the names of fields, in particular not to use names with accents, among others.
The problem was in the sub-form (budgets), the changes I made was to calculate the totals in the query and then calculate the total sums of the form report.
